Hibiscus Pomegranate Rum Punch

Ingredients

  • 4 hibiscus tea bags
  • 1 cinnamon stick (more for garnishing, optional)
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 750ml bottle prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 1 cup spiced rum
  • blood orange or navel orange slices for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. In a large measuring cup add tea bags , crushed cinnamon stick and water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain cinnamon and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl or pitcher mix the pomegranate juice, orange juice, prosecco, rum and tea.
  3. Serve with ice, orange slices and cinnamon sticks if desired.
