Vegan Mediterranean Flatbreads with Whipped Feta
These simple flatbreads can be made in under 25 minutes. Spinach, olives, tomatoes, onions and our whipped feta give them the perfect mix of mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients
- 4 flatbreads
- vegan whipped feta
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped and halved
- 1/2 cup mixed olives
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup vegan feta
- olive oil for drizzling
- salt and black pepper for seasoning
- crushed red pepper, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Line baking sheets with parchment. Place flatbreads on the parchment and spread on whipped feta.
- Top the flatbreads with spinach, onions, olives and tomatoes.
- Add feta cheese, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cut and garnish with crushed red pepper if desired.
