  • 4 cups non-dairy vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon natural green food coloring (optional)
  • vegan whipped cream
  • dairy-free chocolate bar for chocolate shavings (optional)
  • vegan maraschino cherry (optional)

Instructions
